Where do your products come from?

The Resale Shop is store run by NCJWSTL that sells high-quality, new and gently used clothing, shoes, jewelry, accessories and home goods at affordable prices for the entire family. Donations come from local businesses, NCJWSTL members and members of the community to keep our shelves stocked year-round.

What is our impact?

The proceeds from every purchase stay local and directly help thousands of underserved women, children and families in the St. Louis area though NCJWSTL’s advocacy and community service programs. By providing high-quality merchandise at a fraction of the cost, we make it easy to shop on a budget.

Also, by keeping clothing out of landfills, we help the environment by preserving water and other natural resources in our community.

Can I order products in additional sizes or colors?

Almost all of our items are unique and do not come in size or color variations since our merchandise is donated directly from our community. There may be times we have multiples of the same item so be sure to use the search features to narrow down your product search.

Have designer items been authenticated?

Yes, all designer items undergo a rigorous screening process prior to being sold and may be accompanied by a printed, authenticity certificate. Our staff has been trained to recognize and dispose of any and all fake merchandise. Please note items authenticated in house are to the best of our ability.

Some items will be authenticated by a third party which will be noted in the description of that item. If you have any questions on specific details of designer items, please reach out to customer service at resaleshopcustomerservice@ncjwstl.org

Will the item I want fit me?

Exact sizing may vary from piece to piece, always check the measurements!

What is your return policy?

All online orders are final sale.

What if my product is damaged?

Damaged products may be returned for a full refund (including shipping). Please contact customer service to process your refund for damaged products. Email resaleshopcustomerservice@ncjwstl.org

What is your shipping policy?

We provide free shipping on all orders over $100 and a $7.99 Flat rate fee for all other orders per address within the continental United States. Sorry, we do not ship outside the United States. 

All online orders are shipped via USPS. We will do our best to get your order out within 2 business days, if there is an influx of orders, it may take up to 4 business days before your order will ship.

Shipping times will vary based on your location. It will take 4-8 business days for your package to arrive. There is no guaranteed delivery within this time period, because USPS does not deliver on holidays. The Resale Shop ships orders Monday through Friday, no orders will be shipped on weekends!

We are not responsible for delayed, lost, or stolen packages. Please contact USPS for these inquiries.

What is the curbside pickup option?

This option will appear at checkout under shipping/pick up methods.

If you selected curbside pickup, please allow 24 - 48 hours for fulfillment. When your order is ready, you will receive a text message with pickup instructions. 

Once you arrive at The Resale Shop (during store hours), park in the space labeled " Reserved for Curbside Pickup". Click on the text link to let us know you have arrived. We will walk out your order. Please have your order number available for confirmation. 

Curbside pickup is available during regular business hours. (Note: The Resale Shop is closed on Sundays and major holidays.)

Business Hours:

Monday - Friday: 10 am - 6 pm 

Saturday: 10 am - 5 pm 

What payment methods are available?

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express.

Can I ship outside the United States?

We are not able to ship packages outside of the territorial United States.
